These dressing help maintain a healthy moist wound healing environment and prevent bacterial contamination. They are 4 times more absorbent than hydrocolloid dressings and have a waterproof polyurethane film backing to help keep the wound clean and prevent wound exudate from leaking through the dressing. Plus, they are great for using on any awkward to dress areas since they can be cut to custom sizes and shapes, conform to the shape of the wound, and can easily be removed without interfering with the wounds healing process.
