This Welch Allyn 110-130V, 50/60 Hz AC adapter charger transformer is intended to be used with Welch Allyn instruments #92000, 14010, 14000, and 92680. When using this charger a fully drained battery will obtain a full charge overnight. Instruments should not be used while connected to the charger.

Notes:
- Diagnostic instruments should not be used while they are charging

Charger Instructions:
- Plug into a 110-130 V, 50-60 Hz A.C. receptacle
- Connect the charging plug to the charger socket on the instrument or charging stand.
- Support the instrument while charging… don’t hang the instrument by its charging cord.
- The batteries won’t overcharge; a completely drained battery will obtain a full charge overnight.
