Wockhardt Lidocaine Hydrochloride 4% Topical Solution, USP 50 mL bottle. Lidocaine Hydrochloride Topical Solution, USP 4% contains a local anesthetic agent and is administered topically. Lidocaine Hydrochloride Topical Solution is indicated for the production of topical anesthesia of accessible mucous membranes of the oral and nasal cavities and proximal portions of the digestive tract.

Lidocaine Hydrochloride Topical Solution 4% 50ml works by blocking nerve impulses that are sent to the brain, thereby decreasing the sensation of pain. Lidocaine Hydrochloride Topical Solution 4% 50ml is ideal for temporary pain management associated with injections, laser skin treatments and waxing, discomfort of minor cuts, first degree burnsk, sunburns, skin irritations due to formalin dressing and itching due to insecy bits. Instructions on How to Use Wockhardt Lidocaine Hydrochloride 4% Topical Solution
1. Gently shake the Wockhardt Lidocaine Hydrochloride 4% Topical Solution before use.
2. Apply only a small amount of the solution (no more than a thin layer) on the affected area.
3. Leave the solution on your skin for up to half an hour.
4. Wash off the solution when finished and pat dry your skin with a clean and soft cloth.
5. The solution should not be left on your skin for longer than half an hour.
6. Do not cover the area of skin that the Wockhardt Lidocaine Hydrochloride 4% was applied on with a bandage or any other type of dressing.
7. Discard any remaining solution after use.
8. Patients should avoid contact between this solution and mucous membranes.
9. Do not apply near or in the eyes.
