What is Colorectal cancer?
Colorectal cancer, or “Colon cancer,” is one of the most common types of cancer in the United States today. Symptoms include abdominal pain, bloody stool, and a noticeable change in bowel habits. People who are at high risk for this disease are usually those over the age of 50 – this is why doctors start to recommend regular colonic screenings after that age.
