Reguloid Psyllium Husk Fiber Powder Laxative, Unflavored 13 oz

Reguloid is a bulk-forming laxative that relieves occasional constipation and generally produces bowel movement in 12-72 hours. 

Reguloid may also be used as a dietary fiber supplement and may help reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol.

Each rounded tablespoon of Reguloid contains:

  • 3.4 g Psyllium Husk
  • 30 mg potassium
  • 5 mg sodium

Directions:

  • Adults and children 12 years and over: Mix one (1) rounded tablespoon with at least 8 onces (oz) of water or other fluid. Take up to 3 times daily.
  • For children 6 to under 12 years: 1/2 adult dose in 8 oz of liquid, up to 3 times daily.
  • For children under 6 years: ask a doctor
