This specialized cast padding is hydrophobic, which means that it actually repels water and allows it to drain out of the cast, allowing your patient to feel comfortably dry within 1-3 hours. There are no special techniques required for applying this product or applying/removing the cast – it is just as easy for you, as it is on your patient.
