Made using a soft, fine mesh gauze that is infused with 3% bismuth tribromophenate in a petrolatum blend, these sterile dressings are used to maintain a healthy and hydrated wound bed and can easily be changed without disturbing the wound’s healing process or causing unnecessary discomfort.
